They are: a mechanical uncapper with a chain feeder, an extruder for cappings, a loading track, a frame feeder with a manually operated trolley, a horizontal honey extractor, a receiving track, a vertical sieve, a honey pump, a hot water generator and a special tub with a perforated insert for initial cleaning. The honey extractor used holds 40 frames in two sections. The efficiency of a mechanical uncapper with a feeder is 4-6 frames per minute. To optimize the operation of the knives, we have used hot water heating in a closed circuit. The hot water generator used in the device has a capacity of 8.5 l. During the uncapping process, cappings are formed which go to the extruder with a capacity of 100 kg per hour. Its task is to separate the honey from the wax. The honey flows down to the filter sieve, while the pressed wax goes to a special container. At the same time, the uncapped frames automatically go to the loading track that connects the uncapping machine with the honey extractor. From the feeding track, they are placed in the basket of the honey extractor by means of a manual trolley, followed by the honey spinning process. The lid of the honey extractor has been equipped with gas springs to facilitate manual opening / closing of the honey extractor. After centrifugation, the frames go to the receiving table from which the beekeeper easily places them in the bodies. The centrifuged honey flows to a vertical sieve where it is filtered. A bathtub with a perforated insert has a capacity of 120 l. The line is entirely made of acid-proof stainless steel.
