Shipping and Warehouse Sales

Our warehouse and display area are located at 16 Harrogate Road, Gledhow WA, and warehouse inspections/sales by arrangement are more than welcome.

Post & Courier

We use Australia Post for smaller items and courier for larger items. Where the total weight of your order exceeds 25kg we also add the cost of Hydraulic Tailgate pickup and delivery. Please keep this in mind when ordering multiple products at once. It may be more cost-effective for you to order individual items that can be sent by Australia Post in separate parcels or satchels. 

Local Pickup

For our local customers, we can offer collection by arrangement from the above address. If you are from out of Albany, but happen to be passing through  then we are also more than happy to accommodate you picking up directly from our premises. Just drop us a line to arrange a time.

Custom Delivery

We also offer a custom delivery service to select locations between Albany and Perth. Depending on where you are, this can provide a considerable saving over normal freight costs. Custom delivery service operates every 3-6 weeks to the Perth Region. Delivery fees may be applicable, however – Free delivery runs to Kalamunda are frequent – please contact us for any further queries

RIPPLE FARM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INVOICE CUSTOMERS ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ORDERS TO REMOTE LOCATIONS. WE WILL ADVISE YOU OF ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND PROCEED OR REFUND YOUR ORDER IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR WISHES.

Returns Policy

It is important to us that you are completely happy with every purchase you make from Ripple Farm Beekeeping Supplies.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All food containers and bee products (Wax, honey, royal jelly etc) are excluded from a return and/or exchange, due to contamination and food safety issues. We’ll pay the return postage costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, if the return is based on the need for a new size or you no longer need the item, then the refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and original postage, return postage and any exchange Postage is not refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of posting your goods, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return in the post (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We do not offer refunds on products that are on sale.
