Radial honey extractors are characterized by the possibility of placing a large number of frames in the basket of honey extractor. The way the frames are arranged in a radial system causes that the centrifugation can take place in one direction. Radial honey extractors are recommended for large apiaries that have 1 or 2 frame types.
Construction
The drum is made of acid-proof stainless steel, properly reinforced and stiffened, equipped with a trigger.
Basket entirely made of stainless steel rods. Basket rims are equipped with appropriately contoured fastenings to prevent the frames from falling out during the spin. The basket is additionally mounted in two mounts: top and bottom.
Transparent covers made of metaplex, giving the opportunity to observe the process of spinning without the need to open them and expose yourself to the danger of contact with the rotating basket.
As a standard, we add special pads to the base of our honey extractors. This minimizes the vibrations generated when the extractor is in use.
The pads are made of high quality PVC (SOFT) material.
Automatic control has eight programs. The first two programs are designed to work in manual mode, the third program – automatic, has factory settings. Programs from 4 to 8 (automatic) allow you to enter your own settings. Each program consists of 7 steps. At each step, you can set three parameters – step start time, set speed and direction of rotation. The seventh, last step defines the time of stopping the basket of honey extractor.
